Light (or maybe the lack of) plays a huge part in my photography, it can make and break a scene. I drive past these pylons in a field close to my home on a regular basis. I made this particular image almost a year ago to this day. Ordinarily pylons are a blot on the landscape but there is such beauty in their form and shape against a pastel coloured sky. I love the inclusion of the grain silo just below the wires which kind of gives an even more peaceful sense of a rural feel to the image.
